Mes expériences professionnelles...

 

J’ai ouvert mon premier restaurant en 2006 après un parcours qui m’a conduit de Paris (« La Maison Blanche » * Michelin) à Cassis (« Le Clos des Aromes »), en passant par Bruxelles (« La maison de Maître » 1* Michelin, « Sea Grill » 2* Michelin) et Londres (« L'Interlude de Chavot » 1* Michelin).

 

En travaillant dans ces grandes maisons, j’ai appris la rigueur et développé ma créativité.
